A Few Words About
Our Story
UGC started almost 6 years ago as the dream of Wilmer Fiore, a graphic designer and web developer. When Fiore first launched his online business card design service, he quickly realized he could get more business if he also handled the printing of the cards. From outsourcing the printing in the beginning to Fiore's acquisition of Ugc's first print shop in conjunction with one of the largest printers in the United States, we quickly began to expand our product offering. Although UGC launched as a B2C business, our focus soon shifted to "trade only" B2B, with pioneering efforts to bring the wholesale printing business online. In 2018, we decided to replace our original second-hand equipment with state-of-the-art technology, acquiring an Agfa Galileo computer-to-plate system, as well as the first six-color Komori Lithrone sheetfed offset press, and we never looked back! In 2020,, UGC began expanding across the country from its initial facility in Palisades Park, New Jersey, to the opening of its first Midwest plant in Dayton, Ohio. In the years that followed, UGC's network grew to include new plants in Florida, New Jersey, Texas and Arizona, while expanding our production capabilities to offer a wide range of new wide-format, packaging and specialty finishing product lines. In 2016, UGC acquired ASAP Printing to further solidify our position as a leading commercial supplier. Today, as one of North America's leading commercial printers, UGC operates six production facilities as a partner, equipped with state-of-the-art offset and digital presses, our proprietary production technology and a full complement of advanced finishing equipment, and staffed by our experienced and committed operations teams. Our website offers hundreds of thousands of standard product configurations, covering the broadest range of printing products available online.
